Itinera offers to its customers the opportunity to participate in courses in Italian cooking.

The cooking classes are held, depending on the request, in an ancient palace in historical center of Lucca (see photo) or in a wonderful villa in the surrounding countryside.

The school is run by two chefs who speak perfect English and the participants work in person.

Usually the participants engage with homemade pasta, Italian "ragù", stewed with vegetables in season and cakes.

At the end of the current "neo-cooks" eat what they prepared, drinking Italian wine and champagne, served by staff in charge.

The cost is € 130.00 per person for a minimum of 6 persons, on request, also have courses for 2 people with a slight variation in price.
